The cost is $110.00 for the month, paid in advance on the first of the month.

There will be an extra charge if you need hydro.

You can cover your display so no one can buy when you are not there I just ask that it not be covered for more than one week and display a sign when you are back, or you can have one of the other vendors cover your spot, and they make a 20 % commission on items priced from $0.00 to $49.00 and a $10.00 commission on items over $50.00 vendors must make sure each item is priced and has your initials on it so we know who the money goes to.

There is a Debit I Credit card Machine available with no charge for Debit but a 2 % charge for credit cards charged to the vendor as per transaction. Money from sales will be paid on Tuesdays following the transaction.

There is nothing to be attached, nailed, or screwed to the floors.

Vendors are responsible for organizing and pricing their own products for sale.

Lee-Ann or Matt Van Zelst [Van Zelst's Market] is not liable for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, or vandalism to vendors' products. It is the vendor's responsibility to have insurance, and we supply liability insurance for the store.
